  3. Parties up to 60 can be catered for in the light and airy conservatory and oak panelled dining room of the hotel. However, larger groups are looked after in a marquee on the lawn of the Hotel.

  4. The hotel offers your guests the opportunity to use its bedroom accommodation; many rooms feature unique wood carvings and give excellent views across Studland Bay.

  5. Ample car parking facilities.

  6. We offer a wide selection of menus whether you require a hot sit-down meal, a finger buffet or an elaborate carved meat and decorated seafood feast.

  7. Staff are both friendly and efficient; we will do our best to ensure your special day runs without any hitches.

  8. The excellent cellar will supply a wide range of wines at very reasonable prices.

  9. Helicopter landing area.

  10. The Manor House only uses high quality and where possible, fresh local produce.

If you book the sole use of the Conservatory there will be a charge of £100 – all guests must vacate this room by 5pm.

All functions held in marquees must finish by 7pm unless you have hired the whole hotel for your reception.

In the unhappy event that you have to cancel your booking the following charges will apply:

Over 4 weeks advance notice of cancellation No charge

2-4 weeks advance notice of cancellation 50% of the value of the booking

Less than 2 weeks advance notice of cancellation 75% of the value of the booking

Final numbers must be confirmed at least 5 days prior to the function.
This will be the minimum number charged.
